Work Process with Nathan
Setting Up a Project
Step 1: Initial contact, discussion of project. We discuss what you want to do, what you want to accomplish. As part of this process, I send you an onboarding form to generate a project brief.
Step 2: Onboarding form and price quote. I research project requirements and tell you the cost.
Step 3: Signed letter of agreement and/or contract. We officially agree on how big the project is, deadlines, and the cost.
*Step 4: First payment. First time working with clients, I ask for 50% upfront. As we work together longer, I don’t insist upon this.
Step 5: Begin work on project. After we get everything in writing and I receive your first payment, I’ll officially start working on the project.

Working on the Project
Step 6: Updates on project and client feedback. As the project goes along, I’ll show you some different options, you give me preferences, ask for changes. (We’ll detail this process in the letter of agreement!)
Step 7: Written confirmation of approval of project completion. You let me know by e-mail or otherwise in writing clearly from you that you’re happy with the final product.
Step 8: Final invoice. I send you the final invoice for payment.
Step 9: I give you the project deliverables. Once I receive final payment, I deliver all of the text, graphics (if any), and all versions of the project materials.
